AGA cookers have evolved dramatically in recent years, and the AGA eR3 Series represents a new era of innovation and flexibility. This was the first AGA collection to combine traditional cast-iron radiant-heat cooking with conventional and induction cooking, taking versatility to an entirely new level.

Controllable Cast-Iron Ovens

Every model in the AGA eR3 Series features two cast-iron heat-storage ovens:

  • One for roasting or baking
  • One for simmering and slow cooking

Cooking with cast-iron radiant heat ensures food stays tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The ovens can be left on to gently warm the kitchen, or individually switched off to help manage energy use and running costs.

Larger models also include a warming oven — independently heated and ideal for keeping food ready to serve. The 90 cm and 150 cm models feature a tall warming oven with an integrated plate rack, adding convenience to your everyday cooking.

Modern Performance Meets

All AGA eR3 models include a two- or three-zone induction hob with a bridging function for griddles or fish kettles.

Induction technology offers the safest, fastest, and most energy-efficient way to cook.
The pan itself becomes the heat source, providing instant control, rapid heat-up, and precise results — ideal for busy Australian households.

When you’re finished, the smooth, easy-wipe glass surface makes cleaning simple and fuss-free.

Large 90-Litre Fan Oven

For those who love entertaining or need additional capacity, the 150 cm, 160 cm, and 170 cm eR3 models feature a 90-litre conventional fan oven. Perfect for quick weekday meals or large gatherings, this spacious oven includes:

  • Two baking trays
  • Four grid shelves
  • A plate rack

It’s ideal for everything from family dinners to event cooking — giving you the best of all worlds: radiant heat, induction, and fan-assisted cooking.
