Sesame Beef Stir-Fry

Serves 4
- 350g beef fillet, cut into strips
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 150g oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red chilli, sliced finely
- 25g sesame seeds
- 1 bunch spring onions, washed and sliced diagonally
- 150g oyster sauce
- 250g straight to wok noodles
Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 10 minutes.
- Heat an AGA wok or large frying pan on the boiling plate, hotplate on boiling setting or induction on high.
- Add the sesame oil and heat for 1 minute.
- Add strips of beef and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until browning.
- Add the mushrooms and chilli and stir-fry for a further minute.
- Add the sesame seeds and the spring onions, cook a further minute.
- Stir in the oyster sauce and heat through.
- Add the noodles and stir together until coated with sauce and heated through.
Serve at once.
